Kati has developed her own unique teaching style based on a variety of yoga traditions including, Iyengar, Hatha and Kundalini. She takes her students to a place where it’s possible to break through limiting beliefs. Kati’s classes are fun and challenging, infused with breath work and with attention to alignment. She addresses individual’s needs and limitations, creating a safe environment for her students. She believes that yoga is more than a popular form of exercise and that through practice we are able to get in touch with the very essence of who we are.
Private classes at the studio or at another location can be arranged on an individual basis.
Private sessions are highly suggested if you have never tried yoga before, or if you have any special condition that you’re working with.
