What is Coaching?

Coaching is a one-on-one, professional relationship where you get the specific kind of support you need to create a new result – faster and easier than if attempted on your own.

Coaching is a way of learning:

Learn about yourself, learn how to increase self awareness and improve communication; learn to find your focus, create the right attitude and take the right steps to overcome obstacles; learn to celebrate your progress and success.
My personal coaching style may include breathing and relaxation techniques. I believe that empowerment is going beyond our comfort zone, reaching within to find what it takes to move us beyond where we are to where we only go in our dreams. I believe we all have that power, but whether it lies dormant or it is put into action is completely up to us.

How Does Coaching Work?

We’ll meet once a week, by phone for a 30 -45 minutes conversation. In addition you can get support throughout the week via e-mail if needed.

How Do I Know if I’m Ready For Coaching?

You are ready if you value yourself enough to make a commitment to take the necessary steps to attain your goal.

What About People Who Are Already Doing Really Well in Their Lives? Why Would They Need a Coach?

They might not need a coach. But if they look at the price they paid, they may find that it was too high or unnecessary, or they ended up somewhere in life where they had no intention to go. And if they have new dreams calling them a coach can make all the difference. A coach can take their business to a higher level, help find the relationships they’ve previously only wished for, find balance in their life and a life style that really works for them.

Can I Hire A Coach Just For a Short-Term, Special Project?

Sure. Some clients hire a coach to help them accomplish specific goals or projects. Usually, however, the client keeps working with the coach after that because during the process more and more new challenges came up!

What Commitment Do I Have to Make if I Start Working With a Coach?

I suggest a minimum three to six month commitment when you start. However, you can stop immediately if coaching is not working for you.
